Forrest Max has laid claim to a number of impressive victories in his 10 starts to date, but perhaps none more mammoth than his VBIS triumph at Horsham last Tuesday.
Drawn favourably on the inside, the former South Australian chaser used the famous long straight of Horsham to make amends for early trouble, storming home late to score in 27.363 secs.
The win takes his overall prize money to just under $9000, a sound return for a greyhound with just 10 starts to his name.
