ROBERT Britton’s Bruce Tycoon highlighted an exciting week of racing in the west of the state, taking home a mammoth $13,000 in the coveted Geelong Derby last Friday. Beginning as an equal favourite with Six Green Thumbs, Bruce Tycoon overcame early trouble to shoot through to the rails, leading by a significant margin before saluting by ten lengths.
