Weblec Jack set for Meadows success

Jeff Britton expects to have bragging rights over partner Angela Langton after the running of the feature event on Saturday night’s Meadows card, the tab.com.au Final over 600m.

Britton has given his fastest qualifier Weblec Jack the nod over ‘kennelmate’ Road To Success, prepared by Langton, with the prolific Anakie duo appearing to have a mortgage on the $12,000 winner’s purse.

“I think Weblec Jack is the better dog and drawing in the middle (box 5) should probably help too,” said Britton.

TAB agrees with Britton’s assessment, marking Weblec Jack $3 favourite ahead of $3.90 second elect Road To Success.
