Warrnambool undergoing track works

Due to the inconsistent track surface at Warrnambool which resulted in the cancellation of the club’s race meeting on Monday 16 May, it has been agreed that a full harrow and track reinstatement is carried out immediately.

Contractors have been confirmed and track works will commence on Tuesday 17 May, with the race meeting scheduled for Wednesday 18 May also cancelled.

It is planned that the track will be available to trial on Saturday 30 May (subject to weather and completion of track works) and a Racing Program for Warrnambool will be advised once confirmed by GRV’s Racing Operations team.
