The greyhound racing industry is saddened by the death overnight of greyhound trainer Brian Davis, who has been hospitalised in recent weeks.
Brian trained some handy greyhounds many years ago and was well known particularly at the Healesville Greyhound Association for selling products including collars and leads.
Son Mark Giddings, who has odds-on favourite Lioness Lulu engaged in tonight’s Group 3 Gold Cup at Wentworth Park, relayed the story about his dad’s final moments.
