Greyhound racing’s exciting Speed Star concept returns to Sandown this Sunday with one-on-one greyhound racing taking over the entire card of racing.
The meeting will comprise 40 greyhounds competing across 20 matches in what is greyhound racing’s answer to Twenty20 cricket.
Sports punters love the Speed Star concept as they can multi-up a handful of greyhounds in head-to-head betting, not dissimilar to selecting a handful of teams in a round of AFL footy.
Matches will be run over 515m, 595m and 715m with a race approximately every eight minutes.
