Highly underrated speedster Quinlan Bale proved ‘master marksman’ in The Arrow (350m) at Healesville on Sunday.
Trained by Daniel Gibbons, Quinlan Bale produced a perfect ‘upshot’ (last shot), taking out last year’s inaugural The Arrow runner-up Ferdinand Boy in Match Race 4.
Quinlan Bale, paying $10.20 as the overall winner, hit a $20,000 ‘bullseye’ and also claimed $2500 as a match race winner.
