Boom youngster Get It Gizmo ($12.30) captured the first Group 1 of his career when taking out the TAB Topgun (525m) at The Meadows this evening.
Bred and trained by Harry Manolitsis and owned by the Gizzy’s Gang Syndicate, the exciting young Victorian sprinter beat an outstanding field to claim the $150,000 first prize in what is Australia’s premier invitational greyhound race.
The second youngest Topgun contender at 29 months of age, Get It Gizmo lived up to his outstanding potential despite getting off to a tardy start from Box 2.
