Nothing slow about Hasten Slowly

It was a special win for owner and breeder Angela Langton on Thursday night at Albion Park when her star chaser Hasten Slowly claimed his first group race win, the Group Three Flying Amy Classic.

The $25,000-to-the-winner final was a race Langton couldn’t pass up since the son of Fernando Bale and Heidi Go Seek had been racing in top company in Victoria throughout his 26-start career (10 wins and 11 minor placings).

“The Flying Amy Classic was an age restricted puppy race and it was also a great opportunity to see the track before the Group One Winter Cup,” Langton said.
