Lucky doesn’t even begin to descried the life up-and-coming-greyhound Acrostar (pictured above after his win at Warragul) has led.
He is now a winner of two races from five starts, but it has been a turbulent flight for Acrostar, who is named after a handmade Jet – fell very ill as a pup and had to spend four night in the vets.
“When he was 12 months old Lucky (Acrostar) collapsed in the rearing yard on a hot day so we cooled him down and rushed him to the vet,” owner Paul Bonner said.
