Lamia Bale has the chance to win her second Sandown Park feature in as many weeks in this Sunday’s Group 2 Macro Meats Laurels final.
Trained by Steve and Heather Collins, Lamia Bale won the Group 3 Sir John Dillon Memorial (595m) just a week ago. The daughter of High Earner and Maple Bale is also looking to win her fourth race in 17 days at the Springvale venue.
Her only defeat at the track in her last four runs came last Sunday where she ran second to Weblec Rose.
