The popular ‘King of Healesville’ and ‘Queen of Healesville’ concept resulted in ‘right royal’ straight track racing on Sunday.
Last Hurrah was a ‘king of kings’, while Aston Meilleur was a ‘queen of hearts’ in their divisional finals.
Trained by Brett Nye, Last Hurrah ($3.50F) stormed home to win the ‘Kings’ final (350m) by nearly one length in 19.19sec (Best).
