LIDSDALE trainer Kim Hyde returned to the winner’s circle at Wentworth Park in style on Sunday night when exciting youngster Kihael Kaluna made his successful racetrack debut in a heat of the Group 3 Magic Maiden series.
Exiting from box one in the first of 11 heats, the son of Oaks Road and She’s The Goodes was flawless from start to finish and recorded a blistering time of 29.69 over the 520-metre trip.
