Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) Stewards have opened an inquiry regarding the allegations of live baiting occurring at the Tooradin Trial Track into a further two registered persons, and suspended their registrations.
This follows the suspension by the GRV Board, in February this year, of fifteen registered persons after evidence was presented to GRV Stewards allegedly showing individuals involved in live baiting at the Tooradin Trial Track. Until now, Stewards were unable to identify the two further persons.
Registered persons Douglas Wheeler and Kyle Smale have been suspended under GAR 92(5) whilst the Stewards’ inquiry progresses.
