Raw Ability added a second Group 1 to his repertoire when taking out the Group 1 Paws Of Thunder (520m) at Wentworth Park last Saturday night.
The Anthony Azzopardi-trained sprinter, who won the 2017 Group 1 Adelaide Cup, burned off fellow Victorian Up Hill Jill in the early stages before taking out the $75,000 first prize.
Meanwhile, million-dollar greyhound Fanta Bale (pictured) added another feature race to her bulging CV when taking out the Group 2 Summer Distance Plate (720m) at the same meeting.
The $40,000 first prize took Fanta Bale’s career earnings up to $1,178,475, surpassing former great Dyna Double One ($1,160,316).
