DUNDEE Osprey proved once again that he is one of the finest sprinters in the country, taking out Thursday night’s Speed Star event over 515m at Sandown Park.
The innovative series saw eight of the fastest chasers in Victoria converge on the track to compete in four two dog match races, with the winner of each match race collecting $10,000 and the fastest overall winner claiming an additional $15,000 plus the title of Speed Star champion.
