Wayne Vassallo admits Bunning Snag will face a baptism of middle distance fire when she steps up to 600m for the first time in the third race at The Meadows on Saturday night.
Vassallo is keen to see what Bunning Snag can produce over more ground; however, he wasn’t planning on tackling Sandown Cup winner Rajasthan and exciting middle distance prospect Tauwitchere first-up.
“There are two 600m races on the night and you would’ve hoped she would’ve been in the other one, a Grade 5,” Vassallo said.
