NSW Premier Mike Baird’s office says there’s been no secret meetings with developers, following reports confidentiality agreements have been signed for an apartment complex at Sydney’s Wentworth Park.
According to reports aired on radio station 2GB, talks of a 360-apartment complex with three major developers including Multiplex were held on Monday, with either the premier or people from the premier’s office.
A spokesman for the premier said the reports plans were afoot to sell off the prime real estate were “completely false”.
