FREAKISH New South Wales sprinter Bad Boy Sniper turned heads, after a sizzling 29.43 performance last Saturday in taking out a semi-final of the Group One National Derby.
Exiting from box four, the son of Dyna Tron and Isseymiyake was never headed in an all the way display, defeating second platter getter Zipping Carter by four-and-three-quarter lengths. The Jason Magri-trained chaser clocked sensational splits of 5.41 and 17.79, with a flying run home of 11.64, the fastest of the three semi-finals.
